Who runs this site

The site is run by the party set out below. These details are published as required by Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003, and they can be reached directly and permanently from the footer of every page.

Some details are not yet available and are flagged with a marker. While they remain, the information about the provider is not complete.

What this site is and what it is not

REnovatio selects, restores and sells country farmhouses in Le Marche. The site presents these properties and the way we work, and it is aimed at people in Italy, Sweden and the Netherlands.

The site is informational and presentational. It is not an online shop. No contract is concluded here: there are no baskets, no payments, no binding bookings and no signing of offers.

What you can do on the site is ask us to get in touch.

• Book a call through the embedded third-party calendar.
• Sign up to the newsletter.

Sending a request does not commit you or REnovatio. Any negotiation, purchase offer, preliminary contract or notarial deed takes place away from the site, with separate documents and in the forms required by law.

The site is published in Italian and in English. The English version is a courtesy translation: if the two differ, the Italian text prevails.

Information about the properties

The farmhouse listings are informational and promotional. They are not an offer to the public under Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code and they are not contractual offers: they are an invitation to get in touch. Every request is assessed case by case.

• Prices, availability, floor areas and timings shown are indicative and may change without notice.
• Renderings, photomontages, project floor plans and furnishing simulations show a design or a possible scheme of works. They are not photographs of the current state and they do not guarantee the final result.
• Photographs of the current state may date from before the works or show an intermediate stage of the building site.
• Land registry data, boundaries, floor areas, planning and building compliance, restrictions and chain of title must be checked against the official documents before any commitment. On request we make the available documentation accessible.

The information published here does not replace the technical, planning, legal, land registry and tax checks that a buyer must carry out with their own trusted professionals.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, renderings, drawings, floor plans, videos, graphics, layout and code of this site are protected by copyright. They belong to REnovatio or to their respective authors, who have granted the right to use them.

The name REnovatio, the logo and the other distinctive signs may not be used without written permission. to be confirmed: details of any trade mark registration

• You may read the pages, print them and share their link for personal use.
• You may not copy, reproduce, translate, adapt or republish the content, in whole or in part, on other sites, property portals, social media or printed materials without written permission.
• You may not systematically extract images, texts or listings in order to build collections, archives or databases.
• You may not remove or alter signatures, watermarks and photo credits.

Some photographs, maps and icons come from third parties and remain with their respective owners, who license them on their own terms.

TDM reservation and AI-generated content

A rightsholder of content published online may reserve text and data mining for purposes other than scientific research, under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and Article 70-quater of Italian Law 633/1941. The reservation applies if it is expressed in an appropriate manner, including in machine-readable form.

Once the choice is made, this section will carry the matching wording, and the same statement will be expressed in machine-readable form in the robots.txt file and in the page metadata, so that automated systems can detect it.

Content produced or processed with artificial intelligence tools: to be confirmed: use of AI tools in producing images, renderings and texts published on the site. Our commitment is to flag, next to the content itself, any image generated or substantially modified with these tools.

Limitation of liability

We look after the content carefully, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, up to date and free of errors at all times. Information may change after it is published.

The site does not provide technical, planning, legal, tax or investment advice. Do not make a purchase decision on the basis of these pages alone.

• We do not guarantee that the site is always available: it may be suspended for maintenance, for updates or for reasons outside our control.
• We are not responsible for faults in the embedded third-party services, such as the calendar for booking calls and the map, nor for the network and the devices you use to browse.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site or from being unable to use it.

Nothing written here limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct and gross negligence and the protections provided for consumers.

Links and third-party content

The site contains links and embedded content from third parties: the calendar for booking calls (Calendly), the catalogue map (Mapbox) and the link to the Instagram profile.

The calendar and the map stay behind a block with a preview: until you press the button to show them, your browser sends no request to those providers.

We do not control the destination sites and we are not responsible for their content, their operation or their practices. When you open them, the terms and notices of whoever runs them apply.

Reporting a problem

If you find an error in a listing, content that you believe infringes a right of yours, or improper use of the brand, write to us at to be confirmed: company email address for reports.

Tell us the page, the exact content and the reason for the report. We check it and, if the report is well founded, we correct or remove the content.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the site are governed by Italian law.

If you are a consumer, that is if you act for purposes outside your business or profession, the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside continue to apply. For disputes, the court of the place where you reside or have chosen your address has exclusive jurisdiction, under Article 66-bis of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

In all other cases the court of the place where REnovatio has its registered office has jurisdiction: to be confirmed: city of the registered office, for stating the competent court

Alternative dispute resolution: Regulation (EU) 524/2013 had set up a European platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which is no longer in operation. You can still turn to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies listed by the competent Italian authorities and to the mediation bodies provided for by Italian Legislative Decree 28/2010.

Using these procedures is voluntary, except where the law requires it, and it does not take away your right to go to court.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when the services on the site, the providers we use or the applicable rules change.

The version in force is always the one published here, with the update date shown at the top of the page. Changes apply from the moment they are published and have no retroactive effect on relationships already concluded.
